Hey these are pretty good exercises but it’s not great to be watching a teacher constantly flicking her hair out of her eyes, that’s damned near whiplash material, if not for you for the people watching and following.
And as some have suggested, way too fast.
I love the Routine.. I did it .. and IT works a lot.. Especially the Massage at the End.. So good! .. Thank’you
