    This is the first time i ever considered relieving back pain with yoga, i’m so used to jumping in the pool for that. Now that i’m 32 weeks and the pool’s too cold, this feels just as great!

    twists r fine if you control them and do them as shown in the video – full twists are not adviseable – ur right about that

    Ohhh so great. This is actually the first time I’ve attempted to relieve any stress/pain through yoga. I’m 22 weeks currently and my back feels SO much better! I favorited! looks like I’m doing this everyday!
