try walking four miles per day. Cut back on the fat you eat especially saturated fat. Do some weight training with light weights at first then build slowly.
well its not really good to do it everyday, your body will kind of like become immune to it, and it would just get harder and harder to lose weight, but you have to start eating less, not alot less but not overstuffing yourself, and don’t be eating alot of junk food, also do other things like maybe push ups and such too, go walking or jogging, try starting off every other 2 days, then as you become better, every other day and so on and so forth
i’m 14 and male and i wanna lose my belly fat fast. I’m sick of my body shape, it looks like i have a beer belly. If i do this everyday, will i burn and get rid of my belly fat? WIll it be fast. Please help
@aumar558 i very much agree. I run on certain days, then go to the gym on others. This way I can build muscle one day, and burn fat/ work on cardio the other.

i have got some good results from this and iam just 14 ye old, got a six pack already but this makes the mucles shape up and build larger at the same time.
i got a six pack from doing about 250 crunces in series after running about 45-60minutes every second day for a month or so.
its the beginning thats tough getting in to it and find time to do it but when u do u get some great results.
and remember if you dont want flat abs that is hard to train dont stretch the muchle to much after workout.

running can make your muscle contract. and make you thin, when your just lifting, your muscle get bigger so its nice to combine both lifting and running

First of all i do excersize, probably more than you since you already said you dont run that much.Thanks anyway for the tip, ill give it a shot. But my personal experience has been quite good combining running and weigt lifting. I do know that the days when i dont run i realize that i feel and look bigger.
You will see a lot of lean people watching calisthenics videos (planche training, bars, pushups etc) I wonder why that is (promotes keeping muscle and loosing fat). I’m sure running 10km along with good exercising won’t hurt, but it’s not the best way, and running long distance can make you slower (turns muscle into slow twitch muscle) so if you care much about that I don’t think you should run more then about 3 or 4 miles tops, and do more sprinting.
Yeah man I’m sure you loose muscle, your body doesn’t need it to run long distances. No it didn’t happen to me cause I don’t run long distance regularly. How do I know this guy is in better shape then you? Your statement gave it away because what you said is what most people who don’t exercise much think. Sure I agree that it will put you in better health. But it won’t make you look lean like the guy you see in this video.

You can probably get bigger faster without running but you wont burn muscle. ON the contrary you will get leaner.
Regarding long distance runners, yes they are skinny and thats because they dont lift weights you douche. And as far as this guy having better shape than me, well… I dont really think you know that now do you?? LOL
running 10k makes you loose muscle as well as burn fat. What he showed is good because you use your muscle so it promotes keeping muscle while loosing fat. This is why you could see a long distance runner and not know they’re in good shape, they just look skinny, while sprinters you can tell. Also this guy is definitely in way better shape then you, so don’t try to tell him what’s best.

You could run, do 100 pushups and 3 sets of squats, just for starters, plus lifting weights
You could also run, i think it’s more effective than this, but still good workout. Grat job man, keep it up, you have a great body

hey when u do the updowns is it better to not go almost all the way to the ground? i dont know if its because ur tired but u stayed up a lil more, so should i not go all the way down? usually when i do that i add in a push up but idk if that helps my abs…
