Walking for Fat loss…or running for Fat Loss????

Sooo … Jogging or walking, which is better for the exercise weight loss? Well, they are both not so good if you want rapid weight loss, but I will show you how you can make 2 Amendments to 1 of exercises to make 1 of the best weight loss exercises you can possibly do.

First, some basic information …

If you are here for improvement and plan on jogging, you can burn a lot of calories during your jogging. The problem is when you are finished jogging, you are done burning calories. Not good! No burn after impact effect. For the time you put in, this is not an efficient use of time to maximize the loss of fat.

Well, if your exercise plan includes walking, it is usually good for the long term and slow weight loss, but bad for the rapid weight loss.

As I mentioned, you can implement 2 Changes in any of the above to make a great weight loss exercise. Guess what exercise I an talking about … Jogging or walking?

Walking!

Here lies the problem … go walking on a flat surface, well, it stinks for fast weight loss, but walking on a slope of 10-15 degrees works amazingly for massive weight quickly. They are quite different. Why? As you go on the slopes of oxygen creates an enormous deficit, which forces your body to be bodyfat Scavenger your energy for a fast … Thus, your bodyfat is melted off the energy.

All you have to do is go 15-20 minutes per day on a treadmill with it inclined. This has proven to be a superior weight loss exercise. That is change # 1.

Here is change #2 … when walking, take deep breath for 1 per minute. This time has to do with oxygen intake. Everything you do is inhale for 5 seconds, and in 5 seconds and exhale for 5 seconds. 1 Avoid every minute you walk. It has been proven to help you burn an additional 22-30% more calories during a hike.

So, jogging or walking, it’s better weight loss exercise? If you make these changes 2 above, Walking is the best exercise for you to do.

Walking to Lose Weight

Interested in walking to lose weight? Well, before you start a walking program, you need to know 2 simple things you can do to burn up to 30 percent more calories and lose weight very quickly when you come.

If you do not do these 2 things, then your typical walking program will not bring you fast weight loss, which I hope results.

Walking to lose weight - 2 tricks

1st Walk on an incline

Just go on a flat surface is excellent for long-term weight loss, but if you are looking for quick and rapid weight loss, you can make a simple adjustment … go to the hills.

Walk on the hill … or you can walk on an incline on a treadmill 10 or 15 degrees and go to the 15-20 minutes a day. Try it once and you’ll see. Within a few weeks you will see visible changes in your body.
2nd Deep breathing while walking

The more oxygen you can inhale while walking, the more calories you burn off. Deep breathing works. Here’s how.

Every minute you’re walking, take a deep breath … inhale for 5 seconds, hold for 5 seconds and exhale for 5 seconds. Nothing more, nothing less. Just do that for the entire 15-20 minute walk.

It’s like double whammy for weight loss when you combine incline walking with breathing. Your weight loss results will skyrocket.

Walking to lose weight is great … especially when combined with 2 techniques for rapid weight loss.
