Sooo … Jogging or walking, which is better for the exercise weight loss? Well, they are both not so good if you want rapid weight loss, but I will show you how you can make 2 Amendments to 1 of exercises to make 1 of the best weight loss exercises you can possibly do.

First, some basic information …
