Benefits of Daily Exercise

We have said many times about the benefits of daily exercise. There is nothing extraordinary that over the statement. Anyone, even a complete stranger as I can tell you to go ahead and do it because it’s good for you, and you believe it anyway and I assume, gospel truth. But what exactly are these benefits for the exercise, and why you should really give him the time of the day?
The exercise benefit # 1: Body

And it is not just for ordinary, old-fashioned vanity’s sake, but for an optimal holistic health of body, mind and soul. The combination of correct diet, there’s really no reason why you can not achieve these benefits to exercise and live longer, healthier and happier lives.
